Tricéleris incorporates over 100,000 passed homes and progresses in the execution of its deployment plan

  • Tricéleris is advancing its inorganic growth plan with the acquisition of FTTH (fibre to the home) networks from three local operators in the provinces of Alicante, Badajoz, Córdoba, Jaén, and Valencia, adding over 70,000 passed homes to its network.

  • The company has also continued executing its organic growth plan for the 2025 fiscal year and has completed the deployment of 30,000 passed homes in Alicante and Valencia, achieving 25% of its annual target in the first quarter.

  • In its initial months of operation, Tricéleris has raised its base of passed homes to nearly 350,000 across more than 160 municipalities in Spain.

Tricéleris, a company backed by Teset Capital, has completed the acquisition of the FTTH (fibre-to-the-home) network of a local operator in the provinces of Badajoz, Córdoba, and Jaén. With this transaction, Tricéleris significantly expands its coverage by incorporating 63,000 homes passed. In addition, this deal marks Tricéleris’ entry into the provinces of Badajoz and Córdoba.

Tricéleris has also completed the acquisition of FTTH networks from two other operators in Alicante and Valencia, adding another 7,500 homes passed to its network. With these three acquisitions, Tricéleris has now incorporated the networks of ten local operators across twelve provinces since it began operations.

As for the execution of its organic growth plan for fiscal year 2025, Tricéleris has successfully deployed 30,000 homes passed in the provinces of Alicante and Valencia. The company has designed and planned the deployment of new real estate units, aiming to reach 120,000 new homes passed. The deployments completed in the first quarter of the fiscal year therefore represent 25% of the annual target. The plan also includes strengthening Tricéleris’ presence in six key regions of Spain: Andalusia, Canary Islands, Community of Madrid, Valencian Community, Castilla-La Mancha, and La Rioja.

Tricéleris continues to execute its growth strategy, which combines inorganic operations with new network developments. To date, the company has acquired ten operators and developed three deployment plans. Following the latest transactions, Tricéleris increases its base to nearly 350,000 homes passed across more than 160 municipalities in Spain and continues to move forward in its goal of reaching one million homes passed.

According to Pedro Šimić, Corporate Development Director at Tricéleris, “The company is progressing at an excellent pace in executing its growth plan, which includes both acquisitions and organic development. We are very proud to strengthen our presence in strategic provinces such as Alicante, Jaén, and Valencia, as well as to have launched operations in the cities of Badajoz and Córdoba. The organic growth and consolidation operations completed at the beginning of the fiscal year demonstrate Tricéleris’ potential to become a key player in Spain’s FTTH network market and in the industry’s ongoing consolidation process.”

Tricéleris, which announced the start of its operations in November 2024, is a neutral FTTH network operator and aims to be a reference player in this market in Spain. As part of its strategic plan, Tricéleris is creating an infrastructure prepared for the technological challenges of the future and to promote digital inclusion across Spain. Its status as a neutral operator enables its clients, local Internet service providers, to quickly scale their services, improving coverage without the need for significant investments.
