José Arango

José Arango

PARTNER

With 20 years in infrastructure investment, José has led transactions worth over €9 billion. Previously, he was Vice President and Head of Iberia at I Squared Capital, overseeing investments across Europe and serving on the boards of Grupo T-Solar, Cube Renewables Iberia, and Orazul International. He has held leadership roles at Isolux Corsán and Isolux Infrastructure (now Roadis) and began his career in M&A at Oquendo Corporate and in the petrochemical sector at CEPSA.

José holds a Business Administration degree from San Pablo CEU University, an MBA from IE Business School, and an executive corporate finance qualification from IESE.

With 20 years of global experience, Ángel has led infrastructure investments across construction, finance, and technology. He spearheaded two major investment platforms, served on infrastructure boards in Spain, Brazil, and Mexico, and founded startups in infrastructure and financial advisory.

Ángel holds a degree in International Economics from San Pablo CEU University, an MBA from IESE, and is a Certified Mentor by the Fundación para el Conocimiento Madrid.

Javier Zabala

With over 20 years in infrastructure investment, Javier has managed over €2.5 billion across 20+ transactions. Before founding Teset Capital, he led the infrastructure funds team at Ahorro Corporación and co-founded GED Infrastructure, an infrastructure GP where he served as partner. He began his career as consultant at SENER and a project manager at Azvi’s concessions arm.

Javier holds a MSc in Civil Engineering by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master in Infrastructure Management.

Manuel Fernández

SENIOR ADVISOR ENERGY

With over 30 years in the energy sector, Manuel has held senior roles at Naturgy, Enagás, Red Eléctrica, and Spain’s Ministry of Industry. He led M&A transactions exceeding €100 billion and spent 15 years on Naturgy’s Steering Committee as COO of Gas & Power. He has served on boards of national and international companies for two decades.

Manuel holds a degree in Mining and Energy Engineering, an MBA from IE Business School, and executive education from Harvard.

Noelia González

Noelia González

CFO

With over 15 years in finance, Noelia has spent the last six at Nazca Capital, a private equity firm focused on Spanish SMEs. She has held key roles across fund and management company operations, covering accounting, treasury, tax, and portfolio company oversight, while also supporting transaction execution with legal and financial coordination. In recent years, she led CNMV reporting, external audits, and HR, and worked alongside legal on compliance with AML, risk control, and regulatory standards.

Noelia holds a Business Administration degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s in Economic and Financial Management from CEF.

Manuel Herrero

LEGAL COUNSEL

With over a decade at Linklaters in Madrid and New York, Manuel has deep expertise in corporate law and M&A. Since 2020, he has been a founding partner at Olive Tree Advisors, advising on corporate transactions, governance, and compliance for major Spanish companies and private equity funds. He has led national and cross-border deals, including private and public M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and regulated sector transactions.

Manuel holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-3).

With over 25 years of experience across telecom, media, and advisory, Miguel Ángel has held senior roles at Telefónica, EY, and Capgemini. His work spans consultancy, digital infrastructure, sales, marketing, and transformation, leading high-performing teams globally distributed with a track record of innovation and delivery. He has international experience across Brazil, Germany, LATAM, the Middle East, and Spain.

Miguel Ángel holds a Mathematics degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School

With over 30 years in technology and 26 in digital infrastructure, Pedro has held senior roles at Telefónica and BT, covering R&D, project management, customer service, pre-sales, marketing, business planning, and M&A. He has led P&L transformation initiatives and efficiency-driven programmes across complex operations and markets.

Pedro played key roles in creating new business units and executing infrastructure carve-outs, including the formation of Telxius Cable. A seasoned leader, he has managed teams of over 4,000 people, achieving top-tier engagement and satisfaction scores.

Senior communications and public affairs professional with over 15 years of experience leading high-impact corporate positioning, reputation management, and strategic communications in international environments. Having worked at top-tier companies such as IAG, Prosegur, and Dufry (former World Duty Free), Pablo brings a proven track record in corporate transactions, M&A, ESG and innovation communications, and regulatory engagement.

His career spans private equity-backed deals, IPOs, complex integrations, and institutional campaigns — always within demanding, high-performance settings and across Europe, Latin America, and the US.

Borja Seoane

With seven years of experience in M&A and private equity, Borja worked at Nazca Capital and Realza Capital, two leading Spanish mid-cap funds. There, he analysed investment opportunities, completed three acquisitions, and served on the boards of several portfolio companies. At Teset, he has focused on fibre asset growth and financial monitoring.

Borja holds a Business Administration degree from the European Business School, having studied across Dublin, Paris, and Madrid.

With a background in civil engineering and finance, Pedro has built a career spanning infrastructure construction and investment banking. At Santander CIB, he structured and closed Project Finance and syndicated loan deals, supporting corporate and energy clients. He previously worked at Ferrovial Agromán, contributing to global bids and projects across Canada, the US, Chile, and the UK.

Pedro holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Master's in Infrastructure Management from the same institution, and a Master’s in Corporate Banking and Financial Markets from CUNEF.
